Vintage Primitive Folk Art Painting Signed.
A very unusual vintage folk art or primitive art on artist cardboard with a contemporary high quality archival mat. Very colorful with artistic brushstrokes, 100% hand painted guaranteed, with what looks like a mixed Media w.c. oil as well. There appears to be a signature which I show in my pictures but it is not legible or distinguishable. No damages. NOT FRAMED. With a new museum mat and ready for framing. Friends, this Artwork looks to be vintage from the 1960's or 70's and looks like an important Americana painting. I put a plastic wrap over this painting for protection. It will look much better properly framed as the colors are vibrant and cohesive and the brush strokes are executed very artistically. The Artwork itself measures 23" x 17.5" and with the archival mat measures 29.5" x 24". A very desirable size!
