Antique Signed European Painting.

A very fine antique original European painting discovered in a New York estate Signed lower left as I point to in one of my pictures showing outstanding artist rendered hand painted country outdoor scene with figures running in motion horses.  The women's dress is blowing in the wind.  Clouds in the sky.  Houses in the distance.  Deep horizon.  In very good overall condition.  However, it needs cleaning.  Has some minor surface paint loss consistent with age.  Original canvas.  A conservateur can restore this to a $20,000 painting.
