Antique Chinese Porcelain Tea Pot Rose Mandarin Canton.

A rare circa 1840's Chinese porcelain artistic teapot.  An original rose mandarin canton medallion Chinese porcelain hand painted and hand enameled with gold gilt decoration.  Exquisitely detailed with intricate panels and a double faux bamboo applied porcelain handle and spout.  The spout is exaggerated being longer than usual for a more artistic design.  Minor gold wear on the original cap consistent with age.  Friends, the work on this masterpiece suggests that this could have been an imperial commissioned piece of porcelain.  There are no breaks, cracks, or restorations.  Absolutely perfect.  A true museum piece.
