Antique American Signed WC Painting.
A sweet folk art Americana well painted signed dated and titled watercolor painting in all original condition. As good as it gets for having an artwork that is absolutely in the same condition and format as it was painted in 1946 with original frame glass and mat. The back is totally undisturbed, with original nails from 1946 hammered to hold the backing. A very desirable antique Max Raymer artist and photographer label New York City. The artwork is original hand painted. Very vibrant with lush greens and blues depicting the landscape and shrubbery with sky blues and clouds with natural earth tone colors as well. All preserved under glass. No fading whatsoever having been held in a climate controlled room with no bright lights preserving it in its current pristine condition. The original frame has some natural light scratches consistent with age. Signed lower right in red, also signed dated and titled on the mat.
