Pair Of Antique Nude Royal Vienna Porcelain Ruby Rich.
A magnificent pair of museum European Porcelain royal vienna circa 1860's in good condition with rich raised gold throughout. All hand painted. Nude full body young girl on one urn and allegorical female personality on the other urn, a perfect match. This rare antique pair of 24k gold painted with each urn signed in gold on the lower part of each portrait. Miraculously in 150 years only 1 repair!! One cover lid has old restoration which I point to in my images and the restoration is only visible when the cover is picked up and looked from below. Old world done professionally adding charm authenticity and value (many antique Porcelain pieces throughout the world have some restoration and prominently displayed in museums and chairished.) This pair of Porcelain urns have an awesome antique value: the 24k gold decoration is 95% all there not rubbed not worn probably displayed in a French François Linke bronze mounted vitrine cabinet or very well in a gallery for many years and auctioned in the 50's or 60's for the purposes of deaccessioning as museums sometimes do. This pair is reminiscent of antique Russian imperial Porcelain factory established by
Dmitry Ivanovich Vinogradov which is prominently displayed at the Hermitage considered the top Porcelain in the world in St. Petersburg. This pair is in the same class. It is that good! From of a collection in a long island gold coast ny estate which also had:
Meissen
Kpm Plaque
Dresden Reticulated plates
Baccarat crystal and bronze
Micromosaic
Moser Bohemian overlay glass lusters
These are in my other listings, as well as upcoming ones.
