Antique cranberry swirl glass unsigned Baccarat in its iconic swirl form cranberry ruby color and heavy thick crystal.  Very decorative and extremely collectible for the antique perfume Bottle connoisseur selling as is with a large chip on the inside part of the stopper not visible when the stopper is perfectly in the bottle but certainly noticeable when stopper is removed.  There is also a very minor chip on the bottom part of the vase underneath but also not noticeable when sitting on a table.
