Antique 200 Years old Chinese Porcelain Lamp.
A Large antique original Chinese enamel porcelain lamp circa 1820's or earlier richly hand painted with raised multicolor enamel decoration with different panels showing different activities with people, birds, and butterflies. Incredible detailed gold applications within the florals and the Chinese people engaged in activities and play. Large size with the vase being 17.5" tall and 7.5" wide with an antique carved Chinese wood base. Total measurements to the top of the finial is a large 31". No cracks, chips, hairlines, or restorations. All original object d'art. Friends, I have seen different types of Chinese rose Medallion and canton antique porcelain, this piece is far superior in its detail and intricate painting as well the green interfloral decoration with gold application. Fresh from an estate on Long Island's famed gold coast (North Shore).
