Simply very finely painted. Antique vintage original 100%. Cannot decipher signature. Possibly relined. Have not taken it out of frame to observe. Overall condition with a few minor wrinkles in canvas consistent with age. Brass insert on top of frame. Top part of brass insert is missing.
